Finding Information About Your Prospects

This article outlines how you can locate and review information regarding your prospects within the system. There are a couple of ways to access this information, allowing you to understand their current stage and past interactions.

Accessing Prospect Information via the Sequence View

1. Navigate to the sequence page, https://app.vaam.io/sequences
2. Select a specific sequence, you will see a list of your prospects. For each prospect, the system indicates the next step in their designated sequence
3. Click the review button to get more insights into the prospect’s journey
4. Within the “Review” section, you should find a “Flow” tab or a similarly named option
5. The “Flow” view presents a visual map of the sequence. Completed steps are marked with a tick, and the upcoming step for the prospect is clearly highlighted in green. This allows you to quickly see where a prospect is in the overall process

Accessing Prospect Information via an Individual Prospect’s Profile

1. Navigate to the profile of the specific prospect you wish to review
2. Within the prospect’s profile, look for the “Sequences” tab.
3. Similar to the sequence view, you will see a general list of actions or events that have occurred for this prospect within the sequence
4. From this section, click the”Review” button to get to the sequence details page.
5. From the sequence details page, you can see the “Flow” tab, which presents a visual map of the sequence. Completed steps are marked with a tick, and the upcoming step for the prospect is clearly highlighted in green. This allows you to quickly see where a prospect is in the overall process

By utilizing either of these methods, you can easily track the progress of your prospects within their respective sequences and gain a clear understanding of their interaction history and upcoming activities
