Gmail Integration
Connect Gmail from Settings → Integrations at app.vaam.io. Vaam then sends sequence emails from your own address, including an address on your own domain when your company’s mail runs on Google Workspace.
Can you read my email?
Section titled “Can you read my email?”Vaam checks email headers and timestamps to detect replies. This check does not read message bodies. When you connect your mailbox, you allow Vaam to:
- Send emails on your behalf
- Read message metadata, including replies outside your sequence conversations
These checks let Vaam detect prospect replies even when they arrive in a different conversation.
