Reset cache and cookies

Clear Vaam’s browser cache and cookies if other troubleshooting steps have not resolved an unexpected issue.

Clear Vaam’s cache and cookies

1. Open Chrome and go to app.vaam.io.
2. Click the tune icon (sliders) in the address bar, to the left of the URL.
3. Select Site settings.
4. Click Clear data.
5. Confirm by clicking Clear in the popup.

Sign in again

Clearing the data logs you out of Vaam. Reload the page and sign in again to continue using the app.
