Profile enrichment
Vaam checks the details it already knows before it looks for more information. This helps avoid repeated data lookups for the same prospect.
How Vaam finds missing details
Section titled “How Vaam finds missing details”Vaam checks your connected CRM and trusted profile data first. If details are still missing, it can use other data sources. It uses a scheduled LinkedIn profile visit by default when the prospect has a valid LinkedIn profile.
The visit follows your LinkedIn automation schedule and limits. It can be visible as a profile view on LinkedIn. Vaam does not retry a visit after it has started, because another attempt could create another visible view.
When Vaam needs your review
Section titled “When Vaam needs your review”Vaam sends a prospect to manual review when it cannot complete the needed details automatically. A missed scheduled visit does not remove the prospect. Vaam continues to check the available data sources first.
You can check the missing details and decide whether to add the prospect to a sequence. If you take no action within 10 business days, Vaam disqualifies the prospect and closes the review. Vaam keeps the review history, including items that you resolve or dismiss.
Common situations
Section titled “Common situations”- Your CRM already has the needed details. Vaam reuses them and does not repeat the same lookup.
- A scheduled visit cannot run within its time window. Vaam continues with the remaining data checks instead of disqualifying the prospect.
- Automatic checks cannot find enough details. Vaam marks the prospect for manual review. It does not send the prospect through a sequence on its own.
