Create and publish a Quick Form
Create a Quick Form when you need a short form that can be shared in sequences, attached to videos, or embedded on a page.
Create a form
Section titled “Create a form”- Go to Forms in Vaam.
- Click Create form.
- Add a clear title and optional description.
- Add your questions.
- Choose a field type for each question.
- Mark questions as required when the answer is necessary.
- Add a submit button label and success message.
- Save the form as a draft.
Good Quick Forms are short. Start with the fewest questions you need to qualify the prospect or route the follow-up.
Supported question types
Section titled “Supported question types”Quick Forms support:
- Short text
- Long text
- Phone
- Website URL
- Number
- Single select
- Multi select
Use select questions when you want cleaner reporting. Use text questions when you need the prospect to explain something in their own words.
Publish a form
Section titled “Publish a form”Draft changes are not shown to prospects until you publish them.
- Open the form.
- Review the title, questions, required fields, and success message.
- Click Publish.
After publishing, Vaam uses the published version for public links and embeds. If you edit the form later, your changes stay in draft until you publish again.
Share a form
Section titled “Share a form”After publishing, you can copy:
- A standalone form link.
- An embed snippet for an iframe.
- A form link to use in a sequence message.
Standalone and embedded forms use Vaam’s forms domain, not the main Vaam app domain.
Archive a form
Section titled “Archive a form”Archive a form when you no longer want it used in new outreach.
Archived forms should not be added to new sequences or videos. Existing reporting remains available so you can still review past submissions.
- Keep the first question easy to answer.
- Put sensitive questions only where they are necessary and expected.
- Explain why you are asking for sensitive information.
- Use a clear success message so the prospect knows what happens next.
