Progress in sequence

Use the sequence view or an individual prospect profile to review a prospect’s current stage and past interactions. Both views open the same “Flow” view.

View progress from the sequence

1. Open the sequence page at https://app.vaam.io/sequences.
2. Select a sequence. You will see its prospects and the next step for each prospect.
3. Click the review button to see more information about the prospect’s journey.
4. In the “Review” section, open the “Flow” tab or a similarly named option.

View progress from a prospect’s profile

1. Open the profile of the prospect you want to review.
2. Open the “Sequences” tab and review the list of actions or events that have occurred for this prospect in the sequence.
3. Click the “Review” button to open the sequence details page.
4. Open the “Flow” tab.

Read the Flow view

The “Flow” view shows a visual map of the sequence. Completed steps have a tick, and the prospect’s upcoming step is highlighted in green, so you can see where the prospect is in the overall process.
