Add a HubSpot scheduling page to your video
Section titled “Add a HubSpot scheduling page to your video”Use a HubSpot widget when you want recipients to book a meeting from your video. Use the reusable public URL for a scheduling page, not a link created for one person or one meeting.
- In HubSpot, open the scheduling page you want to share.
- Copy its public link. It usually looks like
https://meetings.hubspot.com/your-name/30-min-meeting. - Open the share page for your Vaam video.
- Below the video player, select Add widget and then New widget.
- Choose Hubspot from the calendar service dropdown.
- Paste the link into Your calendar link, then select Add.
- Select Preview and make sure the scheduling page loads and offers available times.
Troubleshooting

Section titled “The scheduling page is blank or does not load”Return to Sales > Meetings Scheduler in HubSpot and copy the public meeting link again.
The wrong meeting type is displayed
Section titled “The wrong meeting type is displayed”Each HubSpot scheduling page has its own link. Copy the link for the meeting type you want to offer and update the widget in Vaam.
No times are available
Section titled “No times are available”Review the scheduling page’s availability and connected calendar in HubSpot. Vaam displays the availability that HubSpot provides.
