Use Upsales widget in your video
Add an Upsales booking page to your video
Section titled “Add an Upsales booking page to your video”Use an Upsales widget when you want viewers to schedule time with you while watching your video. Use a reusable public booking page link instead of a link intended for one recipient.
- In Upsales, open the booking page you want to share.
- Copy its public booking link. It usually looks like
https://booking.upsales.com/your-booking-page-id. - Open the share page for your Vaam video.
- Below the video player, select Add widget and then New widget.
- Choose Upsales from the calendar service dropdown.
- Paste the link into Your calendar link, then select Add.
- Select Preview to confirm the booking page appears and accepts a test selection.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The booking page does not appear
Section titled “The booking page does not appear”Make sure you copied the public booking page URL, not a link from inside the Upsales app. Test the link in a private browser window to confirm that recipients can open it.
Recipients cannot book a time
Section titled “Recipients cannot book a time”Review the booking page’s availability and any calendar connection in Upsales. Vaam shows the availability provided by the booking page.
You updated the booking page
Section titled “You updated the booking page”Replace the widget’s URL in Vaam with the new public Upsales link, then preview the video before sending it.
