Vaam integrations
Vaam integrations handle email sending and CRM activity. Email integrations let Vaam send messages from your own mailbox. Each CRM integration sends the activity and prospect data that it supports.
Which CRMs does Vaam sync with?
Section titled “Which CRMs does Vaam sync with?”Vaam has three native CRM integrations. They sync your prospects and outreach activity.

Two more tools receive video activity only. They do not sync your prospects or sequence steps:
- Salesforce: video opens, views, and conversions are logged to a Salesforce lead. Sign in to Salesforce from Vaam.
- Salesloft: video opens, views, and conversions are reported as notes on the matching prospect. Sign in to Salesloft from Vaam.
Vaam does not bulk-import your CRM’s contact list. It writes the activity or prospect data that each integration supports. Matching and blocking fields vary by integration. See the individual integration page for its behavior.
Does Vaam sync my LinkedIn outreach to my CRM?
Section titled “Does Vaam sync my LinkedIn outreach to my CRM?”Yes, with HubSpot and Upsales. Both receive sequence and LinkedIn engagement activity. A rep viewing the CRM record can see that Vaam sent an invitation or a message. Pipedrive receives the prospect record and video activity. Salesforce and Salesloft receive video activity only.
Which email accounts can I use?
Section titled “Which email accounts can I use?”You send email through your own mailbox. Vaam connects to Gmail and Outlook.
Can I use my own email domain?
Section titled “Can I use my own email domain?”Yes, if Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox. Vaam authenticates
against Google or Microsoft, not the domain name. An address like
you@yourcompany.com works when your company’s mail runs on either provider.
Vaam does not support connecting a mailbox through plain IMAP or SMTP. You cannot use a mailbox hosted somewhere else for sending. If you are unsure who hosts your mail, ask the person who administers it.
Set up an integration
Section titled “Set up an integration”Add every integration from the same place:
- Open Settings → Integrations at app.vaam.io.
- Click Add integration.
- Pick the integration and complete the sign-in or API key step.
