Add prospects via CSV

Add prospects to a sequence with a CSV file.

  1. Open the sequence details page:

    • Log in to your Vaam Outreach account.
    • Open the sequence where you want to add prospects.
    • Select the sequence to open its details page.

  2. Open the action menu in the top right corner of the sequence details page. The action menu is represented by three dots.

  3. Select “Add via CSV”:

    • Select the action menu to open the dropdown menu.
    • Select “Add via CSV.”

  4. Upload your CSV file:

    • You will be directed to a new page where you can upload your CSV file.
    • Select the “Upload CSV” button.

  5. Map the CSV fields to Vaam Outreach properties:

    • Vaam Outreach will prompt you to map the fields in your CSV file to corresponding properties within the platform.
    • For each column in your CSV, specify which property in Vaam Outreach it should be associated with.
    • Make sure that all necessary information is mapped correctly.

  6. Preview and confirm the upload:

    • Review the preview of your prospects before you finish the upload.
    • Make sure that the mapping is accurate and that all data appears as intended.
    • If everything looks correct, confirm the upload.

Your prospects are now added to the selected sequence in Vaam Outreach.
