Review form results
Quick Form results help you understand who submitted a form, what they answered, and where prospects dropped off before submitting.
Form analytics
Section titled “Form analytics”Open a form from Forms to review:
- Total opens.
- Starts.
- Submissions.
- Prospects who left before submitting.
- Completion rate.
- Drop-off by step.
- Answer distribution for select questions.
Use this view to improve the form itself. If many prospects leave on the same question, the question may be unclear, too sensitive, or too much work.
Prospect history
Section titled “Prospect history”When a form is connected to a prospect, Vaam can show the form activity in that prospect’s history. This helps you understand the prospect’s full journey across messages, videos, links, and forms.
For example, you may see that a prospect:
- Opened a sequence message.
- Watched a video.
- Opened a form.
- Submitted the form.
Sequence reporting
Section titled “Sequence reporting”For forms used in sequences, Vaam can show funnel counts alongside other sequence engagement:
- Opened.
- Started.
- Submitted.
- Left before submitting.
Use this to compare forms across different messages or audiences.
HubSpot signals
Section titled “HubSpot signals”If your HubSpot integration is connected, Vaam can send a form-submitted signal to HubSpot for matched contacts. You can use that signal for alerts, lead scoring, routing, or workflow triggers.
By default, Vaam sends a redacted answer summary. Full answers are sent only when the form is configured to sync full answers.
Data handling
Section titled “Data handling”Full answers are stored with the form submission. They are not added to public video activity logs.
Timeline summaries are intentionally compact. They help your team understand that a form was submitted without exposing every answer in every place.
