Running sequences in multiple languages

Vaam does not detect a prospect’s language or translate messages automatically. To reach prospects in their own language, create one sequence per language and add each prospect to the matching sequence.

  1. Create your sequence in the first language, such as an English sequence.
  2. Clone it (see Cloning a sequence) and translate the messages into the next language.
  3. Repeat for every language you want to support.
  4. When adding prospects, route them to the sequence that matches their language.

Choose a routing method based on how you source prospects:

  • CSV upload: Split your CSV into one file per language. Add each batch to the matching sequence. See Add prospects via CSV.
  • LinkedIn: Check the prospect’s profile language or location before adding them from the Vaam extension. See Add prospects from LinkedIn.
  • Tagging: If you do not know the language in advance, tag prospects (en, sv, da, …) as you collect them. Add each group to the matching sequence in batches.
  • Each language sequence is independent. Settings, steps, timing, and message content stay separate. Changes to your English sequence do not propagate to the Swedish one.
  • A prospect can be on only one sequence at a time, so the prospect gets the language you assign.
  • Vaam’s AI personalization works in the language used by the sequence. If your sequence is in Swedish, the AI personalizes in Swedish.
