Outlook Integration
Connect Outlook from Settings → Integrations at app.vaam.io. Vaam sends sequence emails from your own address. This includes an address on your own domain when your company’s mail runs on Microsoft 365. If your IT administrator must approve the connection, see Outlook admin approval.
What email access does Vaam need?
Section titled “What email access does Vaam need?”Vaam does not read your entire inbox. When you grant Vaam access to your mailbox, you allow Vaam to:
- Send emails on your behalf.
- Read message details from conversations Vaam sent, including sender, recipient, subject, dates, conversation ID, and a short body preview.
Vaam uses these details to detect replies and delivery messages. When Vaam replies in an existing conversation, Outlook also returns the quoted message so Vaam can keep the reply in the same thread.
