Use Pipedrive widget in your video
Add a Pipedrive Scheduler page to your video
Section titled “Add a Pipedrive Scheduler page to your video”Use a Pipedrive widget to offer a meeting from your video. Choose a reusable public Scheduler link so every viewer sees the same booking page.
- In Pipedrive, open the Scheduler meeting you want to share.
- Copy its public booking link. It usually looks like
https://your-company.pipedrive.com/scheduler/123ABC/meeting. - Open the share page for your Vaam video.
- Below the video player, select Add widget and then New widget.
- Choose Pipedrive from the calendar service dropdown.
- Paste the link into Your calendar link, then select Add.
- Select Preview to make sure the booking page loads and you can select a time.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The booking page is unavailable
Section titled “The booking page is unavailable”Return to Activities > Meeting scheduler in Pipedrive and copy the invite or shareable link for the intended reusable general availability.
The wrong meeting is shown
Section titled “The wrong meeting is shown”Copy the public link for the specific Scheduler meeting you want to offer, then update the URL in the Vaam widget.
No times are shown
Section titled “No times are shown”Check the meeting’s availability and calendar connection in Pipedrive. Those settings determine which times viewers can book.
