Quick Forms
Quick Forms let you collect short, focused answers from prospects without sending them to a separate form tool. Use them when you want a prospect to answer a few questions, qualify themselves, request follow-up, or give you context before a meeting.
Quick Forms are designed for simple conversion moments. A good form is usually two or three steps, with one question per step.
When to use Quick Forms
Section titled “When to use Quick Forms”Use a Quick Form when you want to:
- Ask qualification questions after a prospect watches a video.
- Add a short “interested?” or “book a follow-up” flow to a sequence.
- Collect preferences before a demo or consultation.
- Embed a Vaam-owned form on an external landing page.
- Send form submissions to HubSpot as a signal for workflows and reporting.
Quick Forms are not meant to replace long surveys, complex conditional forms, payment forms, or file upload forms.
Where Quick Forms can appear
Section titled “Where Quick Forms can appear”You can use the same form in several places:
- Standalone link: Share a direct form link anywhere.
- Sequence message: Insert a form in an email or LinkedIn message so each prospect gets a tracked link.
- Video: Add a form as a call-to-action on a Vaam video.
- Embed: Place the form in an iframe on an external landing page.
What Vaam tracks
Section titled “What Vaam tracks”Vaam tracks each form session so you can see how prospects move through the form:
- Opened the form.
- Started answering.
- Viewed each step.
- Answered fields.
- Submitted the form.
- Left before submitting.
If the form link was sent from a sequence, Vaam connects the activity to the prospect and sequence when possible. If someone opens a public form without a tracked link, Vaam still records the form activity, but it may not be tied to a specific prospect.
What happens after submission
Section titled “What happens after submission”After a prospect submits a form, Vaam can show the activity in reporting and prospect history. If your HubSpot integration is connected, Vaam can also send a form-submitted signal to HubSpot.
Submitted answers are handled carefully. Full answers are stored with the form submission and are not shown on public video activity logs. Prospect and sequence timelines show a compact summary so your team can understand that the form was completed without exposing sensitive answers in every surface.
