Use Calendly widget in your video
Add a Calendly booking page to your video
Section titled “Add a Calendly booking page to your video”Use a Calendly widget when you want viewers to book time with you directly from your video. Choose a reusable event-type or scheduling-page link rather than a one-time booking link, so the widget keeps working for every recipient.
- In Calendly, open the event type or scheduling page you want to share.
- Copy its public scheduling link. It usually looks like
https://calendly.com/your-name/30min. - Open the share page for your Vaam video.
- Below the video player, select Add widget and then New widget.
- Choose Calendly from the calendar service dropdown.
- Paste the link into Your calendar link, then select Add.
- Select Preview to confirm the calendar appears and that you can choose an available time.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The calendar does not appear
Section titled “The calendar does not appear”Confirm that you copied a public Calendly scheduling link, not an edit, admin, or one-time link. Open the link in a private browser window to check that a recipient can access it without signing in.
The wrong meeting options are shown
Section titled “The wrong meeting options are shown”The widget displays the event type in the link you pasted. In Calendly, copy the link for the event type you want recipients to book, then replace the link in Vaam.
Recipients cannot find a suitable time
Section titled “Recipients cannot find a suitable time”Check the event type’s availability, connected calendars, and booking limits in Calendly. Those settings control the times shown in the widget.
