Use YouCanBookMe widget in your video
Add a YouCanBookMe booking page to your video
Section titled “Add a YouCanBookMe booking page to your video”Use a YouCanBookMe widget when you want viewers to choose a meeting time alongside your video. Choose a reusable public booking page rather than a one-time link.
- In YouCanBookMe, open the booking page you want to share.
- Copy its public URL. It usually looks like
https://your-name.youcanbookme.com. - Open the share page for your Vaam video.
- Below the video player, select Add widget and then New widget.
- Choose You Can Book Me from the calendar service dropdown.
- Paste the link into Your calendar link, then select Add.
- Select Preview to verify that the booking page loads and displays available times.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The booking page is blank or unavailable
Section titled “The booking page is blank or unavailable”Confirm that you used the public booking-page URL, not an account or editing link. Open it in a private browser window to check that recipients do not need to sign in.
The wrong booking page appears
Section titled “The wrong booking page appears”Copy the public URL for the specific YouCanBookMe page you want to share, then replace the URL in the Vaam widget.
No times are available
Section titled “No times are available”Check the booking page’s availability and connected-calendar settings in YouCanBookMe. Those settings control the times visible to recipients.
