Vaam sequences
A sequence is the outreach flow Vaam runs for one prospect: an ordered set of steps with waits between them. Steps can be LinkedIn connection requests and messages, emails, personalized video, forms, webhooks, and manual tasks. You build the sequence once, then add prospects to it.
What can a sequence do?

- Email sending schedule — when Vaam sends your sequence emails.
- Automatic personalized video — a video generated for each prospect.
- Manual steps — steps you complete yourself, useful as an approval gate.
- Send a form in a sequence — collect answers as part of the flow.
- Webhook step — tell another system what happened.
- Tracked links — see who clicked.
- Waiting for invitations — branch on whether a LinkedIn invitation was accepted.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Section titled “What happens when a prospect replies?”The sequence pauses for that prospect and a task appears in your task list. Nothing more is sent until you review the reply and choose Continue sequence or End sequence.
Why did my sequence stop?

- Queued prospects — what happens to prospects above the limit.
- Quarantine — why a prospect is held back.
- Pausing a sequence — what pausing does, and does not, stop.
