Reset cache and cookies

If you’re experiencing unexpected issues with Vaam that other troubleshooting steps haven’t resolved, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for Vaam can help.

  1. Open Chrome and go to app.vaam.io.
  2. Click the tune icon (sliders) in the address bar, to the left of the URL.
  3. Select Site settings.
  4. Click Clear data.
  5. Confirm by clicking Clear in the popup.

You will be logged out of Vaam. Reload the page and sign in again to continue using the app.
