Video sharing and permissions
Vaam lets you share videos with colleagues so they can use them in their outreach. This article explains how sharing works and what the recipient can and cannot do.
What shared users can do
Section titled “What shared users can do”- View the video
- Use the video in their own sequences and messages
- Copy the sharing link
What shared users cannot do
Section titled “What shared users cannot do”- Edit the video title or description
- Change or add call-to-action buttons
- Modify any video settings
Only the video owner (the person who recorded or uploaded it) can edit video details. If changes are needed, ask the owner to make them.
How to share a video
Section titled “How to share a video”- Open the video in your video library.
- Open Advanced Settings.
- Enable Share with your team.
The shared video will appear in your colleague’s video library.
