Sequence sends not going out
If your sequence has stopped sending messages, there are several common causes. Work through the list below to identify and resolve the issue.
1. LinkedIn connection lost
Section titled “1. LinkedIn connection lost”If your sequence includes LinkedIn steps, a lost LinkedIn connection will pause all sends. Check your connection status and reconnect if needed.

2. Broken URLs in messages
Section titled “2. Broken URLs in messages”Vaam validates URLs in your sequence messages before sending. If a URL in one of your steps is broken or unreachable, sends will be paused to protect your sender reputation.
Check your sequence steps for any outdated or incorrect links. Fix the URLs, then contact support to reactivate your sequence.
3. Active prospect limit reached
Section titled “3. Active prospect limit reached”Each LinkedIn sequence can have up to 400 active prospects. If another sequence has filled your active prospect slots, new sends will be queued until slots free up.
You can:
- Wait for prospects in other sequences to complete their steps
- Pause or cancel prospects in other sequences to free up slots
