Import company followers agent
An Import company followers agent reads the current followers of a LinkedIn company Page and adds matching people to a sequence once. Use it to reach people who already follow your own, a partner’s, or a competitor’s Page.
Use an Import company followers agent to

- Reaching people who follow a partner, customer, or another relevant company.
- Building an initial list before switching to ongoing monitoring for new followers.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Have these ready:
- The LinkedIn company Page you want to import followers from.
- Page admin access on the connected LinkedIn account. Vaam can read a Page’s followers only through an account that administers that Page.
- An active, non-template sequence that is ready for new prospects.
- Your standard audience, or a custom audience for this agent.
LinkedIn school and showcase pages are not supported.
Set up an Import company followers agent
Section titled “Set up an Import company followers agent”- Go to Agents, click Create Agent, and select Import company followers.
- Enter an agent name and select the target sequence.
- Paste the LinkedIn company Page URL, or the admin URL you see as a Page administrator.
- Choose which connection degrees to include, or select All connections.
- Turn on Require approval if you want to review prospects before they enter the sequence.
- Click Next, then use your standard audience or customize it for this agent.
- Click Create Agent.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Vaam first checks that the connected LinkedIn account can read the Page’s followers. While it checks, the agent shows as pending.
Once access is confirmed, the agent works through the Page’s current followers, checking back over the list until it is confident it has found everyone. It applies your connection-degree and audience choices, then either adds matching people to the sequence or holds them for approval. When it is done, the agent shows as completed. This import does not repeat itself or watch for new followers.
To import the same Page’s followers again later, add the Page to a new agent. To catch people as they start following the Page going forward, use a Monitor new company followers agent instead.
If Vaam cannot access the Page
Section titled “If Vaam cannot access the Page”The connected LinkedIn account must be an administrator of the Page you import. If it is not, the agent stops with a no access status. Vaam cannot read the Page’s followers because the connected account is not a Page administrator.
To fix this, give the connected LinkedIn account Page admin access. Then choose Resume after granting admin access on the agent. See Fix Company Page follower access for the full walkthrough.
- Pair an import with a Monitor agent on the same Page to cover the existing audience and everyone who follows afterward.
- Use prospect approval when importing a Page whose follower base is broad or unfamiliar.
- A Page with very few or no followers still completes normally. There is simply nothing to add.
The company Page and target sequence are read-only after the agent is created. Create a new agent to change them.
